The eighth annual Happy Grandparents show was held on April 18,19 in Menomonie, WI. GRVS had a 28 foot x 28 foot layout for the show. This seems to be a good size as there was plenty of room inside for everyone but the layout was not too big. Set up went well and we had trains up and running by show time. We have also started doing some switching around the layout which seems to be a hit. If we continue doing this then we will need people with industries to name them so we can put a switch list together for moving cars around the layout.
