The Great Train Expo show was held on Saturday and Sunday, December 28/29. GRVS had a fair sized layout for this show at 24’ x 28’ which gave us a fair amount of room in the center of the layout. Set up started Friday night and we were finished by Saturday well before the show opened to the public. The show schedule was a little different as the hours were 10-4 both days.
Since we got out early on Saturday we all headed to the Green Mill in Lakeville for an after show dinner. Our friend Nate Pierce made it to the show with his 12’ station modules. Nate also ran his nicely weathered consists. Nice to see some weathered equipment running especially in NScale.
